Purchased on TV shopping channel (Shop Channel).
Worn as a jacket in early spring without buttoning. The three-tiered ruffles at the hem were flowy and cute. When the sleeves were folded back, lace was visible, adding an accent and making it even cuter. It can also be worn as a five-quarter sleeve.
The tunic length makes it cute when paired with skinny pants.
