[Dual Hydraulic Drive System & Ultra-Quiet]
Adopts a dual hydraulic drive system that provides stable resistance and reduces noise. Please note: Although the hydraulic cylinder of this product is designed in accordance with JIS standard (B 8356-1), approximately 20 break-in cycles are required during initial use until the grease inside the cylinder is fully settled.

[Multi-functional Arm Training System]
In addition to legs, it also comes with detachable arm resistance bands. Use these with the mini stepper for quick full-body activation, training to burn fat and build muscles throughout your body.
Note ①: The pedal resistance can be adjusted in 5 levels using the dial at the bottom. For initial setup, it is set to the maximum load (level 5) to prevent accidental operation. Please use the included hex wrench to turn the dial counter-clockwise to adjust to your desired resistance level.
Note ②: For the measurement function, we recommend using it in an environment where the magnetic sensor is at least 1 meter away from external electronic devices (mobile phones/Wi-Fi routers, etc.). Please press and hold the reset button at the bottom of the unit for 3 seconds with the included reset pin to ensure normal operation.

[Assembly Troubleshooting]
The asymmetrical design of the assembly parts is an intentional ergonomic design. As stated in the Assembly Precautions on page 5 of the instruction manual, please ensure that part number A is always attached to the left side and part B to the right side.
