The base color is a light sandy beige (a grayish yellow), with thin, dark navy vertical stripes and a watermark pattern of angelfish.
The angelfish, rendered using a mojiri-ori (twill weave) technique, become clearly visible depending on the angle.
The fabric feels light but is woven tightly, offering a refreshing crispness. This easy-to-wear adult kimono, enhanced with a cool, translucent weave, is perfect for stylish occasions. While there is no official certification, the technique of having only the pattern as a translucent weave suggests it was made by Shiranesawa, a long-established textile manufacturer in Yonezawa.
This is a single-layer kimono (hitoe), so please enjoy it during the single-layer or mid-summer seasons.

It has been treated with Pearl Tone processing and includes an inseam reinforcement panel. There are two small stains on the hem of the right back panel, but they are near the stripes and the angelfish pattern is so eye-catching that they are virtually unnoticeable when worn. Otherwise, it is a beautiful item with no other significant damage.
