Arm wrestling, wrist strength training, muscle training equipment, tools, supplies

Hello everyone! I'm Shinji Yamazaki, representative of Yamazaki Sports Equipment Manufacturing.
This equipment was researched and developed by me to strengthen the wrist muscles essential for arm wrestling.
The product name is [Dumbbell Shaft for Wrist Strengthening].
When using this equipment, I highly recommend training with your elbow on the table, just like in arm wrestling, for a more realistic training experience (see images).
Images (A, B) show wrist curls with your palm facing up.
Images (G, H) show wrist curls with your thumb facing up.
Images (I, J) show training to twist your wrist inwards.
Image (C) is the [Dumbbell Shaft for Wrist Strengthening].
Images (D, E, F) show the [Dumbbell Shaft for Wrist Strengthening] with plates attached. As you can see from the images, even with the same weight plates, the load on your wrist differs between (D) and (E); (E) has a greater load.

The muscles that move the wrist are in the forearm, so this equipment is also ideal for those who want to make their forearm muscles thicker and stronger. The diameter of the grip on this equipment is 35mm. Plates with a hole diameter of 28mm are recommended.

(Note) ... Plates are not included with this product.

[Addendum]
Arm wrestler Koji Kodera (6-time winner of the All Japan Championship, winner of the World Championship 55kg class, and the first Japanese to win the World Cup in 2019) is demonstrating various training methods using our [Dumbbell Shaft for Wrist Strengthening] on Instagram. If you are interested, please search for Koji Kodera or hiroshi_kotera on Instagram. Although I invented the [Dumbbell Shaft for Wrist Strengthening], Mr. Kodera uses it so skillfully in ways I, the inventor, never even conceived. Honestly, I was surprised and learned a lot, thinking, Wow, I see, there are other ways to use it too! (＾0＾)
