Danbochi Grande - Soundproof Booth (Price Negotiable)

【Danbocchi Grande】Soundproof Booth with Ventilation Fan, Floor Reinforcement, and Interior Modifications

This soundproof booth was purchased in February 2023 and has been carefully used for approximately 2 years.
The total cost, including accessories and modification expenses, was between 250,000 and 300,000 yen.
The interior has been fully lined with lead sheets, followed by the application of sound-absorbing sponges, significantly enhancing its soundproofing performance.
It comes with the official optional external ventilation fan unit and floor reinforcement material.
It was used for musical instrument practice, singing practice, narration recording, and more.
I am selling it due to moving, but it is still in excellent working condition.
