For Shin-chan Only: ONI Open Hex Bar

Used in a home gym.
It was used with care, so there are no noticeable scratches or dirt.

I used it for deadlifts and Bulgarian squats, but unfortunately, due to space constraints in my home gym, I am reluctantly selling it.

It can also be attached to a power rack, making it convenient.
This is the type where the sleeves do not rotate, not the current rotating sleeve type.

Manufacturer's suggested retail price: 39,600

Please note that the packaging will be simple, with the sleeves disassembled and wrapped in bubble wrap.

- Product Description -

The Open Hex Bar's rear frame transforms into legs, allowing it to stand on its own, so plates can be changed without a jack.
The ONI Open Hex Bar has a diameter of approximately 30mm and an inner sleeve dimension close to an Olympic barbell at 1280mm, so it fits most racks.
While meeting these specifications, the total length is kept within 2m at 1960mm.

■ Upper and lower double grips
The lower grips are at the height of the shaft extension, with a center-to-center grip distance of 580mm, a length that is easy for Japanese people to grip.
The upper grips are 10cm higher, with a center-to-center grip distance of 650mm, designed for easier high-weight deadlifts.

■ Open Hex Bar Balance
It balances in a horizontal position.

■ When plates are attached to the rack mount
Attaching plates of 10kg or more to one side makes it easier to hold a stable vertical position.
