Beautiful Ecuadorian/Otavalo Tribe woven diamond motif rug or tapestry. Bold navy border with mustard, rust, olive, burgundy and orange geometric shapes. Flat-woven textile with sharp, graphic color contrasts. Great statement piece for layered decor. I have only used as tapestry hanging on the wall but would make lovely rug with appropriate padding. I purchased this at the Otavalo Trive market in Ibarra, Ecuador. Stunning craftsmanship made by the women of the village.
