Description
A historical atlas consisting of 30 maps, published in the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936 AD) by the Directorate General of Posts of the Ministry of Communications.

Created by the Directorate General of Posts of the Ministry of Communications, it appears to contain information about postal services in China 90 years ago.

Includes a preface by Wang Zhaoming (Wang Jingwei), a Chinese politician from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China era.

This is a very valuable document held in the National Diet Library. The inside is clean with no stains, but there is damage to the exterior due to age, so we ask that only those who understand this condition purchase it.

Wang Zhaoming (Wang Jingwei)
In 1904, at the age of 21, he studied abroad in Japan, attending Hosei University and other institutions. Stimulated by Japan's victory in the Russo-Japanese War, he joined the Tongmenghui (Chinese Revolutionary Alliance) formed by Sun Yat-sen in 1905 and participated in the editing of its newspaper, Min Pao. The following year, he followed Sun Yat-sen on tours throughout Southeast Asia, organizing overseas Chinese communities and actively engaging in revolutionary activities. In 1910, he attempted to assassinate the Regent of the Qing Dynasty but failed and was arrested. While imprisoned, the Xinhai Revolution occurred, and after his release, he studied law in France. Upon returning to China, in 1924, he became an executive committee member and head of propaganda for the Kuomintang (Chinese Nationalist Party), assisting Sun Yat-sen in efforts for the First United Front between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party.
