Self Help Program for Anxiety & Depression

Discover this self-help program designed to tackle anxiety and depression. This comprehensive guide offers practical strategies for stress management and self-awareness. Ideal for those seeking personal growth and mental well-being. This was a complete LIFE SAVER and Game Changer for me. I did the course twice over the years. I originally purchased it for $300 in 2006. It was not covered by health insurance. It was one of the best things I ever did for myself. There are 14 CDs. You go at your own pace. They’re actually group sessions on the CDs where you’re talking about a different topic each week. It’s extremely practical and if you don’t have time or money for Formal counseling, this is the next best thing. No one bothers you, you get or learn new knowledge on how to help yourself out of a depression or anxious time. The course is not offered online. And I believe this is the last way to access it. Well, worth my $300. I would like to pass it on to someone else. It completely changed my life and empowered me.
