This is a set of 2 retro travel clocks.
They come with an alarm function.

How about using them as decorative objects or for your travels?

For the red clock, the timekeeping, alarm, and winding functions were all working without issue.

For the white clock, the winding and alarm functions are okay, but the knob for setting the time is missing, so I was unable to adjust it.
I believe there should be a part that attaches to the thin central shaft.
