--------
◼︎ The warranty generally covers the same scope as the manufacturer's warranty.
Repairs are primarily handled in-house.

For long-term use, please request disassembly and cleaning approximately every 2 to 3 years from the date of purchase.

If a malfunction occurs after the warranty expires, requesting disassembly and cleaning at the same time will allow us to handle it for the cost of parts only.

Example: 2 years after purchase (warranty expired)
Purchaser: ¥20,000 + parking fee
In case of malfunction, we will charge only the parts cost in addition to the above, with no labor fees.

Normally, it would be ¥39,000 for disassembly and cleaning + parking fee + parts cost + labor fee, so it should be quite a bargain in the long run.
Please rest assured that it can all be arranged with a single phone call.

When purchasing, please pay close attention to whether the door opens to the right or left.
Also, please be mindful of not only the installation space but also the width of doorways and entrances.
