This is a US military surplus item made of microporous PTFE, a breathable and waterproof material similar to Gore-Tex. Items like this are rarely released. I think this is quite a rare item. The size is Medium Regular. The waist laid flat is approximately 47 cm, and the inseam is approximately 75 cm. Personally, I think it would fit someone who wears jeans in size 34 to 36 inches, but this is just my personal opinion, so please consider carefully before purchasing. Thank you.
*As these are over-pants, the pockets are pass-through type.
