This is a VERSOS cooler/warmer. It has been used, so there are some minor scratches and scuffs. The operation has been confirmed. However, it has never been heated to the maximum of 60 degrees Celsius. I have performed a basic cleaning. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
