【Lucky Charm】Noh Mask Waraijo (Smiling Old Man) Framed Wall Hanging Kyogen Antique Craft

Description
Product Description:
This is a Noh mask, Waraijo (smiling old man), framed in a wooden frame.
It is a mask of a gentle-smiling old man and can be displayed as an auspicious item to bring good fortune.
It was found during a clean-out of my parents' home and has been carefully stored.
The mask itself has a strong presence, making it suitable as an interior decoration for a Japanese-style room, a protective charm, or a piece for an art collection.
[Frame Dimensions]
Height: Approx. 40cm
Width: Approx. 34cm
(Please refer to the photos with a measuring tape for confirmation)
[Product Condition]
- There are some age-related cracks and peeling of the paint near the hairline of the mask (see the last photo).
- The frame has no noticeable major scratches, and it can be hung on the wall as is using the cord on the back.
- The mask is secured to the frame with wire. Attempting to remove it forcefully may damage the mask, so it will be shipped as framed.
We would appreciate it if those who understand the charm of antiques and collectibles would purchase this item.
It will be carefully packed with cushioning material and shipped via Mercari delivery.
The above is the AI's description, but there are some cracks.
I believe there are ways to repair them beautifully,
but please consider the enjoyment of repairing it as well, and purchase only if you are a generous person.
