This is from the British Army's
FILLER COMBAT BODY ARMOUR (CBA) Lightweight Mk 1.
This is an early model of body armor developed in response to the invasion of Kuwait in 1990 and widely issued to the British Army during the Gulf War in 1991.

SIZE 180/104: Indicates recommended size, suitable for individuals with a height of 180cm and a chest circumference of 104cm.
Features and Background:
This Mk1 model was primarily designed to protect against battlefield shrapnel (fragmentation).
Materials used include Kevlar (Aramid) and Nylon.
During the Gulf War, although initially designed with temperate camouflage (DPM), desert camouflage (DDPM) covers were hastily produced and issued.
However, while this model offered excellent protection against fragmentation, it was vulnerable to direct hits from small arms fire (such as rifle rounds). Consequently, improvements were made from 1992 onwards to the ECBA, which allowed for the insertion of ballistic plates.

Purchased for collection, but selling due to decluttering.
The Lightweight Combat Body Armor Mk1 filler is size 180/104.
The desert pattern cover is size 180/116, but it fits without any issues.
The MTP pattern cover is a new, bagged 180/104.
The desert pattern helmet cover is size LARGE and is nearly new.
