This is a vintage 1980s Cabbage Patch Kids plastic teeth-grip hair headband. The stamp inside H. ELDON LTD. VN CA stands for Howard Eldon Ltd., Van Nuys, California. The brand was highly popular in the 1980s for producing licensed pop-culture novelties, children's jewelry, and fashion accessories, manufactured in Taiwan. The band is in excellent vintage condition. The graphics remain bright, colorful, and intact with minimal surface wear. All of the inner plastic teeth/grips are fully intact with no cracks or breaks. ⭐️ It is recommended that the headband be for display & decoration.
