This is a 90s vintage NHL Pittsburgh Penguins hockey jersey.
The print on the tag has faded, but I recall it being made by STARTER.

Shoulder patch peeling: The logo patch on the left shoulder is coming off. For those who can repair it with glue or sewing, or those who don't mind.
Fabric condition: There is pilling and snags on the hem and white stripe areas.
Tag: The print has faded due to age.
