Mid-century vanity box featuring rich teal velvet, ornate gold-tone filigree trim, and a hand-painted porcelain rose inset on the lid. Functions as a working music box and includes a mirrored lid with velvet-lined storage for rings, earrings, and small keepsakes. Partial Made in Japan label residue on underside, consistent with 1950s–1960s export pieces.
