Description

This is a very old US military mess kit, manufactured in 1918.

The handle is stamped with US/1918.
The pot and lid are made of heavy-duty aluminum, typical of military cookware, and fit together perfectly.
The tin-plated handle locks securely, and the pull ring on the lid functions without issue.

As this is an old item, we recommend using it for display purposes.
