KALDI WIDE Coffee Roaster 300g
This is a KALDI roaster, which is becoming increasingly well-known.
I purchased it about 6 years ago and have roasted a total of about 100 times.
I am selling it because I have upgraded to a new roaster and no longer use it.

This is an electric, direct-fire coffee roaster that can roast 300g at a time.
It is designed to be used on a portable butane stove, but the stove is not included, so please prepare one yourself.
I have cleaned it as much as possible, but due to the considerable number of roasts, there are some remaining burn marks and charring on the main unit that could not be removed.
I have confirmed that it operates without any issues.
For this sale, I have purchased a new power cord so it can be used without an adapter.

The instruction manual has also been preserved and will be included.
It comes as a set with both the English version and a Japanese translated version.
Additionally, the included wrench and bolts will be provided.
I believe this is a recommended roaster for those starting their coffee roasting journey!

While ensuring complete combustion of the flame, the Flame arrest system was developed and installed, which squares the round flame mesh to allow uniform conductive and convective heat to flow into the punching drum, enabling effective heat utilization and temperature control.
The drum, the core of the roaster, is KALDI's signature punching drum, made of 2mm thick stainless steel with 3mm diameter punching. With a capacity of 2.3L and three stirring blades, it achieves uniform roasting by scattering beans in all directions.
The hopper integrates a thermometer, sampler, and chaff collector, allowing for easy removal of just the hopper and simple discharge by tilting the main unit after roasting is complete.
The oil-less stainless steel ball bearings supporting the drum from the drive shaft are covered to prevent foreign matter such as chaff from entering, reducing noise and ensuring smooth operation.
To prevent deformation due to high temperatures, the bottom of the lower section has been additionally bent. For ease of disassembly, a nut-welding method is applied, allowing the unit to be separated by removing the rear bolts for easy disassembly and cleaning.
