Excellent condition coffee cooler with instruction manual and gloves included.

Brand new, unused, meticulously crafted bean cooler from Niigata, Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan.

Rapidly cool roasted beans after roasting to halt the residual heat from continuing the roasting process.

This rapid cooling enhances the sharp aroma and balances the flavor of your coffee beans.
Pairing this cooler with a small roaster will elevate your coffee to the next level.

The cooler features a two-tier tray system: an upper bean receiving tray (diameter 30cm, depth 5cm, mesh size 5mm) and a lower chaff collecting tray.

The high-power fan's suction draws in chaff, which then falls through the mesh of the sieve into the lower tray, concentrating it in one spot. This improves chaff removal efficiency and simplifies cleaning.

Furthermore, chaff will not scatter.
The large 30cm bean tray is among the largest for small roaster coolers, capable of handling up to 500g.
