Kosta Boda Bertil Vallien Galaxy Mini Vase 3.5" Signed Green Purple Art Glass

Beautiful vintage Kosta Boda miniature art glass vase/bottle from the Galaxy series, designed by renowned Swedish glass artist Bertil Vallien. Comparable Galaxy pieces are identified as hand-blown Swedish art glass from the late 20th century. This petite example measures approximately 3.5 inches tall and features a frosted/opaque white body accented with free-form purple glass threading and a raised dark purple medallion, contrasted by a translucent green elongated neck and flared rim. The irregular applied decoration gives each side a different abstract appearance. The underside is hand-engraved/signed and numbered, and the original Kosta Boda Since 1742 label remains attached. Similar miniature Galaxy examples are attributed to Bertil Vallien and described as Swedish hand-blown glass.
