Vintage CESCA UNICO Cigar Box‎ Purse Wooden Beaded Handle Unique Old World 1990s

This unique, vintage cigar box purse is in excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws noted.  This is an upcycled cigar box purse handmade in the 1990s and crafted from a vintage, repurposed wooden cigar box. It is made from a box that originally held Cesca Unico cigars, featuring the label Qualità Sigaros (Italian for Quality Cigars). This piece features a signature wooden bead handle, strung on wire to maintain its shape. The hardware is in excellent working condition and the purse is lined with beautiful fabric. The central image of a woman in a red dress with floral accents is typical of late 19th and early 20th-century cigar lithography, which often featured romanticized figures and elaborate Old World styling.
