Soft, slouchy black leather with a subtle metallic sheen. Two removable suede tassels swing from antiqued brass rings on the strap. A unique leather strap, woven into the body and overlaid with an chain on top. This one almost stayed in my closet; I've seen a lot of handmade bags and this one really delights me. Malaika Designs made small-batch artisan bags in the USA. The leather is supple and broken-in, with natural grain variation that gives it character. The interior is fully lined in thick tan suede. It's roomy enough for daily essentials without looking oversized.
