Lightweight smocked-waist skirt with an allover floral print in blue, brown, and cream. Soft, flowy fabric provides comfortable movement and a flattering silhouette. Elastic smocked band offers easy on-and-off wear and a secure fit. No stains, no rips, but the elastic part is not as strong as it used to be. Tags says size small, but i think it's more a medium - see last picture.
