Description

This is a natural Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir japonicus).

Male, approximately 250g, live.

1kg: 7000 yen (approx. 5-6 crabs, depending on size)
Large: 3999 yen
Medium: 2999 yen

Extra-large and super extra-large sizes are also available. Please comment for details.

Extra-large (approx. 200g): 5000 yen
Super extra-large (250g): 6000 yen
Super extra-large crabs are 250g or more. We will send the largest available. We have had crabs around 400g in the past.

Caught in the Minami River, Fukui Prefecture.
The crabs are purged in mud for about 2 weeks and fed pumpkin to sweeten the miso.

They will be shipped in a styrofoam box.
Legs and claws will be tied with hemp string for shipping.
Shipping method is as shown in the last photo.

Please refrain from ordering if you are in Okinawa or Hokkaido, as shipping may take longer.

Shipping is primarily done on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If you prefer not to pay cash on delivery, please comment. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
