[Real Train Introduction]
Yuttari Yakumo is a limited express train that connects Okayama and Izumo City in Shimane Prefecture. It gained attention as the last JNR-era limited express train in regular service, and retired from active duty in June 2024 (Reiwa 6), with its role being taken over by the new 273 series train. In its later years, the bogies of each car were painted gray, and some cars, such as Kuro 381-139, operated with all underfloor equipment also painted gray.
