It's a US size 12 (L), so you might think it's large, but even though I usually wear a size M in clothing, it feels quite tight and constricting when I wear it. (I don't have the listed size or weight...)
However, I think it's better to be snug than loose in the water.
Therefore, I believe it would be a good fit for those who usually wear a size S or M.
