Description

This is a set of 4 SONY MD pickup units, model KMS-260E.

All units were extracted from mini-component systems where the MD section was the only part functioning. Therefore, long-term operation has not been tested.

Please purchase with the understanding that it would be lucky if they work. We cannot guarantee 100% functionality, so please be aware of this.

No scratches or mold were observed on the lens. The laser output adjustment semi-fixed resistor has not been touched.

To prevent electrostatic discharge during shipping, the shorting jumper shown in photo 7 has been switched ON by the seller. Please remove the solder from the shorting jumper before installation (it will not work if left on).

Photo 8 is a bonus item. It is a KMS-260B, but the flat cable is missing. The semi-fixed resistor on this 260B unit has been touched, so it requires separate adjustment.
