Description
This is a SHIMANO CALCUTTA CONQUEST SE 31HG.
It was purchased new and used for about 10 months, at a pace of about 3 times a month. It was only used in freshwater.
The spool has been replaced with a genuine 100-size spool, so the exterior is SE, but the performance is the same as the 21 Calcutta Conquest. The SE spool is not included.
It has MC SquareD wooden handle knobs and shafts installed.
The handle bearings have been replaced with MC SquareD ceramic ball bearings, making it spin incredibly smoothly. It spins even in the wind.
The genuine handle knobs are also included.
In terms of usability, the wooden handle knobs provide a very comfortable winding feel, making it great for retrieving lures and very satisfying to use.
There is a very slight grinding sound, but I believe this can be improved by replacing the bearings.
There are some scratches on the body, but given that this model tends to show scratches easily, I believe it is in relatively good condition.
