This was previously used by my grandfather.
It is a full bamboo fishing rod, designed for ochikomi (dropping down) and hechi (near the pier/wall) fishing. It measures 210cm (7 shaku) and is a two-piece rod.
I am not very knowledgeable about fishing rods, so please judge from the images.
