Maru Handpan

Apologies for the long description.
We would appreciate it if you could read it and consider your purchase.

I received this item from another seller two months ago.
I was drawn to the beautiful sound after watching handpan videos and purchased it.

After playing it for a few hours upon arrival, I stored it in a dark place with the intention of practicing when I had more free time...

However, I recently moved to a new place with very thin walls, and playing the instrument would likely result in my neighbors complaining, so I am now selling it.

The following is quoted from the previous seller:

Thank you for looking.

Maker: Maru (2nd gen Late)
Scale: D Shan Diao
D/ACDFGAC

▪️Accessories
① Case (backpack style)
② Cover to protect the top (provides peace of mind when carrying)

Purchased used in 2024 from a handpan specialty store in Kyoto.
I am selling it because my lifestyle has changed and I can no longer play. I only played it for about a month after purchase and then stored it in the case.
Since purchasing it, it has not been kept in an environment where it could get scratched or dented.

At the time, I purchased it for around 180,000 yen including the cover.

This concludes the quote.

There were two other points I noticed upon receiving it:
・There are areas where the metal color appears brownish to bluish (Photo 12. This is not dirt or scratches).
・There are fine, small scratches on the surface of the metal instrument cover (Photo 14. Barely visible to the naked eye, but noticeable to the touch).

I am concerned about packing the instrument myself as an amateur, so I will request Yamato Transport to pack it via Tanomeru-bin (I will hand it over in the condition shown in Photo 16).

I am listing it at the same price I purchased it for.
For those who are okay with the above,
We appreciate your consideration.
