First, regarding the condition of the product, it is a junk item. The reason is that the power turns on, but we do not have the environment to confirm sound output or other functions, so it has not been tested. However, the exterior has a noticeable scratch on the bottom left, but no other major scratches or damage are visible. Accessories include only the music stand and soft case. The item will be shipped wrapped in triple-layered bubble wrap and plastic wrap. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask, and we will answer to the best of our ability. Thank you.
