This is a limited edition binder (3,000 pieces worldwide) from the 1998 Calbee Pro Baseball Chips, which was awarded for collecting approximately 20 lucky cards (memory is a bit hazy as it was a long time ago). It comes with a serial number SP card.
The serial number is 417.
The SP card includes 9 cards featuring legendary players such as Hideki Matsui, Atsuya Furuta, Kazuhito Kiyohara, Tsuyoshi Shinjo, and Kazuhiro Sasaki.
