This is a new 16cm Yukihira pan. It was stored at my parents' home. It was a gift about 20 years ago, but it seems this product is still being sold today. (The online selling price was approximately 5,700 to 8,400 yen.)
Made by Miyazakiseisakusho in Tsubame-Sanjo, a region known for its metalworking. It uses an aluminum core material with aluminum sandwiched by stainless steel, offering the benefits of both heat-conductive aluminum and rust-resistant stainless steel.
By the way, it does not come with a lid.
