This is a dismantled antique pure silk haori purchased from a specialty store. This listing is for one sleeve.
This is a chirimen (crepe fabric) from a very old era, with a relatively firm texture.

The lining of the haori, made of momi (a type of silk), will be included as shown in the rear photo. (This will be enclosed as is, separated from the outer fabric.)

The pattern is a floral rhombus (hanabishi) motif, with flowers placed within a shibori-style rhombus, a traditional Japanese pattern.
It is a very beautiful and elegant item.

This exquisite piece, by utilizing the patterned areas, will add depth and a sense of history to your creations, such as garments for male hina dolls,押し絵 (oshi-e, a type of appliqué), hanging decorations, and tsumami-zaiku (a type of decorative craft).

According to Japanese color charts, the colors appear to be Aiiro Toba and Fujinezumi-iro (for reference).
