? Available board thicknesses: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm
(8mm, 10mm)
?? Prices are calculated based on the area specified for each board thickness.
? Sizes can be specified in 1mm increments.
? Maximum size is 1830×915mm.
?? Limited to 200 size after packaging.
?? High precision with dimensional error within ±0.5mm.
?? We can process cut surfaces, chamfering, drilling, and bonding according to your intended use.

?? Finishing Options ??

?? Planing finish... Free
No rough texture from cut edges.

?? Polishing finish... ￥300~
Polished to a smooth matte texture.

?? Mirror finish... ￥800~
After polishing, buffing is performed to make the cut surface completely transparent.

?? Burner mirror finish… ￥300~
The cut surface is made transparent with a power burner.
This is almost equivalent to the mirror finish, but knife marks from planing may remain.

From 1 edge to 8 edges, the chamfer dimension can also be specified.

?? Round corners (R-cut)... ￥200~
You can choose the radius of the roundness from 3mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm.
An R of 10mm or more will be charged as a curved cut.

Chamfered in a rounded shape.

?? Perpendicular drilling... ￥200~
Uses a perpendicular drill.
Holes of φ16 or larger can have a mirror finish on the inner diameter.
Holes of φ70 or larger will be charged as curved cuts.

An error of about 2-3mm may occur.

?? Straight cuts other than squares and right angles… ￥300~

?? Cuts including circles and other curves… ￥500~
Cannot create sharp inner corners like a heart shape.
