This is an MHL stand-collar coat.
(The product image is of the 2024 model, which is different, but the basic construction is the same.)

I bought it new about two years ago and have worn it a few times.

There is some slight wear on the collar and sleeves, but it's still in good condition.

The inner light down jacket is removable, so it can be used as a spring coat or a winter coat. The sides of the light down jacket are open, designed to prevent stuffiness even when layering.
