We will ship compressed in a ziplock bag.
The moss is portioned while dry, so please be aware that shorter pieces may be included. Additionally, occasionally small twigs with thorns may be mixed in. We check during sorting, but please handle with care.
We ship via 4th Class Mail, which does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Delivery is expected within 3-4 business days, but may take up to approximately 7 business days. If you purchase on a Friday, shipping will be on Monday. For urgent deliveries, we recommend upgrading to Mercari delivery (additional 200 yen).
