Maya shoulder leather uses the shoulder part of the cow and has a lightly scratched surface. It starts with a dry, matte finish and unique color variations, but as it ages, the scratches become more prominent, deepening the color and adding a lustrous sheen. Since no two pieces of leather have the same appearance, it makes a great gift.
