Please enjoy our soft and chewy noodles.
Simply boil for 3 minutes to prepare.
We recommend transferring the noodles to a separate dish, pouring the included sauce over them, and topping with green onions and a raw egg for a simple meal.

The Ise Udon sauce is not as strong a soy sauce flavor as it looks; it's surprisingly refreshing with a dashi-based soy sauce flavor and a clean aftertaste.

For an alternative, try it as Yaki Ise Udon (fried Ise Udon).
