The product is unused, but there may be scratches, dents, or dirt on the frame and panels due to transportation. Please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about such imperfections.

It can be used for various purposes such as a storage shed in a backyard, a study, an office, a pet room, or a children's room, especially in locations with narrow roads where 4-ton trucks cannot access. We believe it's perfect as a children's room until they become teenagers and become independent, rather than building a larger house.

The materials can be loaded onto a 2-ton flatbed truck or a 2-ton dump truck for transport.
We can load it with a forklift if you come to pick it up.

When loading, please bring at least one person in addition to the driver.
If only the driver is present, an additional ￥10,000 will be charged.

The longest piece of steel frame is approximately 6m.
The total weight of all components is 1200kg, so it cannot be loaded onto a single light truck.

If you require assembly or delivery, please contact us before purchasing.
