Head circumference: approx. 52cm + 5cm elastic stretch
Length: approx. 29cm
The waist is gathered to create a voluminous, skirt-like effect. The elastic at the back of the waist is sewn in.
I've added a cute ribbon at the chest.
The pink fabric for the skirt is made in Japan.
