This is a Mitsubishi Electric ceiling-recessed duct fan, model VD-23Z12.

It is a low-noise, high-airflow model with an all-metal construction, widely used in residential kitchens, commercial kitchens, offices, and stores.

■Product Condition
?This is an unused item.
?It has been opened once for photography and to check the contents, but all accessories are included: the main unit, shutter (attachment), mounting screws, instruction manual, and installation manual.
?Only the side of the outer box (cardboard) with the model number written on it (see photo 2) is included. It will be carefully packed in a separate cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping.
