Turmeric ☆ Seed Potato

These are turmeric seedlings.

Turmeric grown in fields in the northern part of Okinawa Prefecture.

Naturally cultivated.

We will ship the item shown in the image, but please understand that we may replace it if the condition is poor.

The roots have been washed, but the soil is not completely removed.
There may be small insects mixed in.
Please understand.

Image 7 shows turmeric rice made at home.
Cook 2 cups of rice with 15 grams of grated turmeric.

It has a slight bitterness, but you can adjust the amount to your liking.

When eating with curry or toppings, the turmeric smell is not noticeable, but this is a personal opinion, so please use it as a reference.

Slice, dry, and process in a food processor to make turmeric powder.
You can add it to soup or make turmeric tea.

The flowers are beautiful!
They are also cute as ornamental plants.
