A white sweet potato variety used for shochu production, also suitable for eating. It's an old variety with a fluffy texture and a moist, elegant sweetness reminiscent of Japanese confectionery. It produces a large yield.
[Takakei No. 14]
A very old variety born in 1945, it is the origin of many current brand sweet potatoes. This red sweet potato is slightly fluffy with a smooth texture. Its gentle sweetness is addictive.
