It's a plier with a double joint design, also called double joint long reach pliers by other brands like MAC TOOLS and Snap-on (Blue-Point). The size is approximately 335mm in overall length and the maximum jaw opening is approximately 70mm. With its very long reach and large opening size, it's very useful for accessing hard-to-reach areas in engine compartments. The compound joint design allows for excellent operability of the jaw opening despite the long reach exceeding 300mm, making it surprisingly easy to use even at a distance. The seller purchased this in the USA, but it is likely not officially imported into Japan and may not be sold domestically.
