This is a Chateau Laguiole sommelier knife, Shinya Tasaki model, with a case. This is a special model from Mr. Shinya Tasaki, the winner of the 1995 World's Best Sommelier competition. It features red stamina wood and white shell, inspired by the Japanese flag, and the Shinya Tasaki name is engraved on the lever.
Purchased in 2020, it is in overall beautiful condition. Please understand that there are minor scuffs on the lever and some dullness on the metal before purchasing. Please check the photos for the condition.
