The Ordinary Cap GOLDEN SOMBRERO, a collaboration between Tacoma Fuji Records and Decho, focusing on everyday wear. The artwork for the 2025-26 series was created by Yachiyo Katsuyama, an illustrator known for her unique monochrome world. With her distinctive touch, she has depicted artwork inspired by the famous peaks of the Pacific Northwest, the second hometown of Tacoma Fuji. After descending the mountain, you arrive at a deli at the foot, exhausted. You wash down fluffy pancakes drenched in maple syrup and spicy sausages with an IPA. It truly soaks into your very being. Ah, you feel alive again. Once you've relaxed, the fatigue suddenly hits you. Suppressing the urge to sleep like a log, you push on towards the hostel. As you pay the bill, feeling this way, you notice a cap casually placed next to the cashier, bearing the name and striking silhouette of the mountain you just descended. Oh, is this for sale? This is the kind of cap we envisioned.

The artwork is expressed through richly crafted embroidery. It's a classic 6-panel ball cap with a slightly shallow crown. Made from a basic twill material with a pleasant crispness. The buckle at the back allows for a wide range of size adjustments, from 56.5cm to 62cm. Its simple form allows the quality of construction and the artwork to truly stand out.
