Kiwa Super Frosty Frozen Food Knife - Specifically for Deep Frozen Foods

This is a special knife for frozen foods from Nihonbashi Kiya.

It is said to be able to cut through frozen foods, even those frozen solid from the surface to the core, without thawing. It can also be used when you take a block of meat out of the freezer, cut off just a small portion, and then return the rest to the freezer while still frozen solid. The serrated blade is very durable and is said to grip the cutting board, so please use a cutting board that you don't mind getting scratched.

It is a fine Kiya product. It is so fine that I never had the opportunity to use it.

I have never actually used it, so I cannot guarantee its sharpness, but I am listing it because I believe Kiya products are reliable.

It is unused, but I would like to ask those who can understand that it has been stored at home for many years.
